A typical food parcel includes:

  • Rice
  • Pasta sauce
  • Tinned beans
  • Tinned meat
  • Tinned vegetables
  • Tinned fruit
  • Tea or coffee
  • Sugar
  • Biscuits
  • Snacks

Dietary requirements

Our foodbank can usually adapt your food parcel to meet your dietary needs, for example, gluten free, halal or vegetarian. When you arrive at the foodbank centre, a volunteer will chat to you about an special dietary requirements you may have.

In addition to your food parcel, our foodbank stores extra items that can help you with other specific needs. Examples of these items are:

  • Dog&Cat food
  • Sanitary Products
  • Baby nappies
  • Toiletries
  • Personal choice food&drink items not found in food parcels

We ask that each client only takes up to 3 extra items, allowing us to keep stocked for other clients!
